Well everyone, I finally got our new customized active rain header and everything done.  I would love to say "that it only took the 30 minutes or so to get it done, but no such luck.  I've worked on this off and on all day and I'm still not sure that I like it that well.

If you have time, stop by and tell me what you think. Do you think I should have gone with just a standard picture or is the picture that I used okay.  The problem I had was with the size of the custom header and finding a free program to do it in.

Have a great day.

I like the picture that you used.  I want to do mine, but I don't want the headache, so maybe this weekend I will give it a try.  Have a great day.

I love your header.  I agree with you... mine took much longer than I wanted it to as well.  What program did you use for your header??  I took forever to find something to get it to work.  I really like yours!!

David, You may want to see if you can resize your slide.com widget.  It is distorting your page because it is so large.  If you want you can resize your header photo using MS Office Picture Manager.  It comes with MS Office if you have that on your computer.  It is pretty easy.  I am not all that bright and figured it out.  Other then that I think the page looks good.

Good Luck.

Steven Simmons & Marti Schmidt, Thanks.

Lorinda , god luck this weekend on working with yours, stop back by and let me know when it's finished so I can take a look.

Frank, I may be working on bugs a while, but at least it's there.

Kimberly, you're not going to believe this, but I don't remember, it was to or three. And I'm not sure which one finally worked.

Rob I just took it off, it was giving me fits.  When you down size it you lose the messages people post for you, so hit the delete key.  It was bugging me, with the way it made the blog look to.

Julie, I dd the same thing, I found a video about it and it helped a lot, but don't remember where I found it.

Jimmy, I checked it out and like it al ot, I really like the castles.   How did you do that any how?

Marti, Thanks, I was hoping it wasn't to busy and I really didn't want it tacky looking.

Thanks to each one of you for stopping by and giving me your opinion.  Have a great week and weekend, tomorrows FRIDAY!

No, not too busy or tacky at all.  You gave us the inspiration to do ours too!  Thanks much.

The Barly Group, it was fun trying to get all the colors to coordinate.  What an experiment!
