Foreclosure Homes for Sale Cedaredge Real Estate Information Feb 2016
We are seeing fewer and fewer bank owned homes on the market in the Cedaredge area. This report also covers the small towns of Austin, Eckert and Cory. Overall the number of listed bank owned homes are down as low as I've seen them in more than five years.
This report includes the foreclosure homes that are listed in the local MLS (multiple listing service) that are listed as being bank owned.
There have been some slight changes in this segment of the market since last month's report.
- There are two bank owned homes listed. They are priced at $96,520 and $139,900.
- There are two homes under contract.
- No bank owned properties have sold in the last month.

The 2015 year end statistics look like this...the foreclosure numbers are way down. Last year 86 bank owned homes sold in the entire county. Compare that to 102 that sold in 2014. The number of foreclosure filings is down 18% compared to 2014, and the number of foreclosed homes sold makes up less than 10% of the residential market. The lower end fixer upper inventory is almost gone. You don't see too many of these properties on the market now.
