What motivates you to get out of bed every day?

As  Agent what gets you out of bed everyday?  What keeps you motivated to continue to sell homes in this current economic climate?  is it your love of helping people people purchase that first new home or is the thrill you get when the paperwork is all signed and the new home owners are handed the keys to their new home?  Maybe it is the thrill of negotiating a great deal for your client or being the one in your office that sells that one piece of property that no one else could.  Are you driven by the money and the accolades you receive when you are the #1 agent in your office month after month?  What ever your reason for getting out of bed how do you motivate yourself everyday to continue the good fight?
