It's been awhile since I've blogged but I think about my Activerain community often. I am glad I see so many of you on Facebook and LinkedIn. I got out of residential real estate and now only do commercial, which is how I got into real estate in the first place. I also branched out into consulting as well, putting my MBA to good use.
Several years ago I started thinking about self-publishing a book. Guess what !?! I did!! I published a book! I've posted the Amazon snippet below.

Becoming a Small Business Owner is like becoming a parent. At least with parenting you can find help on pregnancy, potty-training, discipline, and etcetera. As an Entrepreneur who works with Small Business Owners every day, I knew it would be a great idea to write this book.
While real estate is typically held in the Liability column of the Balance Sheet in world of Accounting, it should be placed in the Asset column of the Balance Sheet in the world of Marketing.
