Prudential Carolina Real Estate Name Change

The company that has been known as Prudential Carolina Real Estate for the last 9 years is dropping the franchise name and recreating itself as Carolina One Real Estate.  The franchise has been a limiting factor for us so we are doing what so many other market leaders in other cities have done.  We are affiliating ourselves with "Leading Real Estate Companies of the World," a global network of over 700 independent companies that come together to form a marketing and referral juggernaut.  LeadingRE has more annual U.S. homes sales in volume that any real estate franchise.   

So, what does all this mean for you, our customers and clients?  You will still get the same top notch service, expertise, and professionalism that you have come to know and love with Prudential Carolina Real Estate.  But in addition, once we turn the corner on May 1^st, and become Carolina One Real Estate, our ability to market your home to not only the local and national market but also to the entire global community, will be greatly magnified through a larger relocation network and with ever increasing online reach.

Our company was recently ranked #39 out of 80,000 real estate firms in the US.  Although we are very proud of that achievement, we know that there is always opportunity to move higher by providing a better product for our clients and customers.  We believe that making this change will enable us to do just that!  On May 1^st Prudential Carolina Real Estate will become Carolina One Real Estate!
