805 PEACHTREE LOFTS-Midtown Atlanta Condos: Peachtree Lofts is an 8-story mid-rise loft building located on Peachtree Street between 7th and 8th Streets along Atlanta’s Midtown Mile. Originally built in 1952, Peachtree Lofts was the location for the Department of Agriculture as well as early offices for the CDC. Redevelopment construction occurred in 1995 to convert this building to loft apartments. In 1999 the building was converted to loft condominium homes. Each of these 210 units was designed to resemble an open loft space and true to the loft design offer exposed walls, high ceilings, large windows, and exposed utilities.
Peachtree Lofts offer studio, one, and two bedroom floor plans. These loft homes offer sleek urban design with open floor plans, concrete ceilings, concrete floors/hardwood floors, designer kitchens, and large windows.
Residents are located in the heart of Midtown within a short distance to Piedmont Park, the High Museum of Art, the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, MARTA, and the Fox Theatre. This area offers access to great restaurants, entertainment venues, and boutique shopping.
