No more complaining about how bad things are! Time to take action!

I am constantly being asked, when is the market going to change? Will prices recover? How much longer will properties continue to devaluate? The tense tone of our nation when it comes to real estate is a topic for serious discussion.  Home ownership is the backbone of our economy, and the system that ensures that the working class can graduate to middle class.

When I began selling real estate almost 14 years ago, interest rates, mortgage options and property prices were a whole different ball game! But you all already know that. Over the years many changes in the banking industry created an opportunity for lending institutions to loan money to millions of American people, people who had no knowledge or experience about the process of buying and selling real estate.

Most of us are quick to blame one particular sector for the foreclosure debacle, but we're all in this together when you think about it. Is there a clear culprit? Sure, we can say the lending instructions flexed their policies so much that money was lent which could never be repaid. Were sellers greedy? Sure, the supply became so low in most metropolitan markets that anyone could sell anything overnight for almost any price! Realtors? You could argue they help to put the deal together. This could on for a while.

How do we fix the mess we're in? We begin by holding institutions responsible, by petitioning a change in banking regulation, by asking or demanding, when necessary, fairness from all the players. Not everyone is an investor, not everyone bought blindly. People's lives and futures are at stake here; a larger issue will surface which will force  the economy to re-arrange "The American Dream".

Our site is a portal that distinguishes itself from thousands of other sites in the internet today. It is a hub where buyers, renters, real estate professionals and property owners come together to buy, rent and sell affordable properties. You will never find anything listed here for over $500,000, and while we could argue that this is a high figure for some markets, keep in mind, our exposure is national and international!

For instance, right now, there are HUNDREDS of homes and condos listed UNDER $100,000 check it out: http://affordableproperties.com/index.php?act=search&max_price=100000

Let's all begin by reshaping our respective markets once aging. It is time to take action!  By working together. By actively taking charge and not spending another minute complaining.

I've developed this portal specifically for buyers and sellers of affordable properties. If you are a real estate professional or a property owner, there is no other site that will let you list unlimited properties under $500,000 for just $20/month while connecting you directly to buyers who are ONLY looking for affordable properties. To get started, visit the sign up page right now: http://affordableproperties.com/realtors.php

If you are a buyer or renter, the service is totally FREE and you can connect with listing agents and property owners directly and instantly without having to sign up or any other shenanigans. Follow this link to run a search now: http://affordableproperties.com/buyers.php

I agree 100%.  I am sick of all the hype and negative.  The media is doing more harm to our country right now.

Yes I agree and have been saying this for months. The media has hurt this country very badly.

Stay positive and thanks for the post.
