If you are entering multiple contacts from the same company, there is no need to retype company name and address information.  Outlook provides a simpler solution.

After you have entered the first contact, click on it to select it and then choose Actions-->New Contact from Same Company from the menu bar.  Outlook will then open a new contact form with the standard company information already entered for you.  Just complete the remaining information and save.twins
