When The Real Estate Buyer Loses That Warm, Fuzzy, Loving Feeling.

Business people deal with long drawn out negotiations, set backs and surprises when wheeling and dealing in real estate property transactions.

The average Joe and Jane Home Buyer and Zeke, Sophie Home Seller don't. The property sale loses its razzle dazzle fizz. Not everyone's emotions are high, lovely dovey in a good way like they once were.

The more time delays and expensive roadblocks and everything hanging goes on, the less chance of a real estate sale happening. The clear to close memo being sent out for all to come and get it at the sit down conference room pass the house keys please.

Like surgery, longer is not getting high up in maine photo better on the operating table because complications come up when the patient is put under the knife wearing the mask and hooked to all those beeping monitors.

The buyer and seller of a Maine real estate listing can both start to mutter this is taking too long.

Even when the play by play is explained along the way. The expectations laid face down on the table for all to gawk at and draw their own conclusions with a little real estate guidance.

When nothing comes together and more surprises happen in a real estate, there's your sign.

It is an omen, clouds in their coffee and so sure of it as dark sinister music starts in the buyer, seller minds when real estate is involved. The most expensive decision making in life many ever make. The welcome to maine signdoubt happens with the passage of time.

Because so sure of it.  The sign, the struggle represents something bigger that says hold it.

Better bug out.

In the minds of buyers, sellers of real estate listings in Maine, anywhere on the planet.

Pull the plug, yank on the rip cord with a sense of urgency and kick hard with the spurs.

Neck rein this pony hard out of what they perceive is a real estate boxed canyon. How could they have been so foolish, gullible? And here we go... good luck stopping, containing it. Sheer fear in real estate happens and only real estate candor applied generously can help steady the boat.

Cause in their gut, late at night tossing and turning. Something is wrong.

Seriously wrong. Despite what all the layers of players assure is just the opposite in this real estate property listing transaction. They can smell it.

The sale not coming together like in the movies, not happening quick like a bunny is one major puzzle piece missing. One that puts their life on hold and they don't like it. Because they worry about what is ahead, over that next cliff or around the never ending corner after corner. lost in the woods maine photo

They just want to go home. Or find another one to replace the last known address they carried on their license, upper left hand corner of Christmas cards mailed out at the end of the year.

Have a sneaking suspicion that maybe the sale, purchase of the real estate property listing are not in the cards after all.

That someone is trying to tell them something as doubts increase, hopes dim about ever getting the real estate property closing behind them.

They feel lost in the Maine woods, not sure of their bearings. Real estate vertigo sets in in the circles they feel led in very unfamiliar surroundings they are not used to traveling.

As the agent, broker you warn the buyer of property mistakes to avoid. To watch their step to steady the course. Don't change jobs, stay married, avoid new expensive cars that come with payments that wreck debt rations needed to be healthy to prove to the bank mortgage underwriters the buyer can swing the place. real estate buyer seller communication photo

And how sellers hurt a real estate sale. giving them a heads up at the house listing kitchen table to easy does it with stripping the place of items that are fixtures not personal property.

Communication in real estate property listing sales is so so important to keep up and for both sides to know what's what. Not one left in the dark.

So buyers and sellers play nice nice and keep everything even Stephen.

Or as close to it so the property listing hops off the MLS current inventory of real estate for sale and on the hunt for a buyer in the matchmaking.

More on what is a real estate fixture and how if removed, sold off while the buyer is waiting for the green light to sit down at a closing is a sure fire way to guarantee they won't be one.

Georgie Hunter R(S) ... Wished we on the verranda in your locale and sampling something with a pineapple hanging off the edge, with an umbrella parked in it. Enjoy your incredible weather. Different today than Hartland New Brunswick Canada. Vacations where you live help the real estate candor needed in our dayto day conflict resolution.

Gabe Sanders ... But we keep doing those chest compressions, holding the paddles and yelling clear... maybe mouth to mouth not so much. But real estate is what some call an addiction. Definitely a jealous master to ride herd on to put it all in perspective.

Brigita McKelvie ... You apply the same to your PA market it sounds. Hope horse property listings in PA are abundant and sales of real estate, that they all are selling briskly.

Good morning Andy. A well deserved feature, love the topic. Unfortunately not all transactions end with a positive result, but not from lack of effort.

Praful Thakkar ... There are somethings that the longer they drag out the better...like a good movie. People have only so much patience when life on hold or just thinking this should happen quicker when not understanding the process from lack of communication.
