U.S home prices were up 5.7 percent year-over-year, according to the recently released S&P/Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price Index, covering all nine U.S. census divisions. The report recorded a slightly higher year-over-year gain with a 5.4 percent annual increase in December 2015 versus a 5.2 percent increase
