Where to Dine in Carlsbad Village
A fun part of the Carlsbad Village lifestyle is discovering, and enjoying all the dining options, from very basic and casual to higher end.
While the Village doesn’t offer the diversity of restaurants found in San Diego, there are plenty of options, with a few new ones on the way – more on those eateries later.
Some favorites have disappeared - Le Passage on State Street several years ago, and more recently Fish House Vera Cruz, and the Armenian Cafe (torn down to make room for a hotel).
This list is not intended to be all-inclusive – there are plenty of other options - and while I have enjoyed many of these, the list consists of some of the restaurants I am aware of or those that have been suggested and not just ones I can personally recommend.
No one pays to be on this list or even has specifically asked to be – it’s my choosing.
