I am not only a "newbie" to Active Rain but I am a new Agent! I have had my license since 2005 and I am finally taking to steps to becoming an Agent. I am very excited and scared to death! Scared of what I am not sure, maybe blowing a deal or not being able to live up to my own standards. This is my first blog so forgive me if I ramble on.
I do want to thank a few people, one being Tim Garton, also of Coldwell Banker - Solano Pacific YEA! My Broker Chris Powell and Simone Clare of Better Homes Realty. Simone is the one who convinced me to get my Real Estate license and Tim is the one who introduced me to Coldwell Banker and Active Rain. I worked with Simone and Tim as an assistant and they taught me a lot.
I am in process of working on my website, which was originally set up for me being a virtual assistant but my personal web designer, who also happens to be my daughter, is working on it. Any suggestions, (good or bad) welcome! I have been reading some of the blogs and everyone has great ideas and you all seem to have a lot of fun doing it.
I am looking forward to being part of the Active Rain family and again any suggestions, comments feel free!
