Closed in 18 days!

I listed this 3 bedroom/3.5 bath home in San Miguel de Allende Mexico on February 4,2016. On February 8 it was in contract and went pending. On February 22,2016 in closed all cash full price. Deals like these are sweet and I wish they could all be like this!

Time to list some more!
