of applying for a loan for his "start over" new home:

Pam and I have been toiling over all the information that the lender is requesting , frankly it feels like more of an Inquisition rather than a application for a mortgage! But we are committed! !! , frankly I get it considering my credit score is less than desirable from the shenanigans the ex pulled !! Anyhow we have our appointment March 10th with the lender and I have what I hope is enough information that's required to get this ball rolling! I will keep you and Dave posted on where we are at after first meeting.
I remember how great both of you were with me and my situation and can't wait to be on the flip side with you guys looking for my next home! God bless both of you!! And thank you for all you have done!!
