Every agent will tell you that the question they are asked the most is "when is a good time to sell/buy?" It's asked in line at the supermarket, standing in line for movie tickets and by strangers at the bar waiting for their table.

Everyone wants to find the perfect moment to buy or sell.

Well, every real estate agent will also tell you there is no perfect answer to that question....but I will tell you.

The perfect moment is........wait for it....NOW!
