Delta County saw significant real estate market improvement in 2015. The total number of sales increased by 26% compared to 2014. In numbers that looks like this...there were 702 total sales in 2014 and in 2015 there were 885 sales. This is in all categories of the market.
The total dollar volume of sales also went up. The increase came in at 24%. In 2014 there were a total of $130 million in sales, and that number increased to $162 million during 2015.
