Does your agent have the same interests as you do in life.

If you are looking for hunting land, does your agent hunt?

Looking for a lake cabin, does your agent fish or enjoy water sports?

You need a hobby farm...Does your agent understand the needs of the type of hobby farm you NEED?

You want to live in a rural area...does your agent understand the needs of a rural property when it comes to wells and septics and the inspection involved?

 

There are many aspects in buying Real Estate, find an agent that understands your needs and has life experiences in the same interests that you are having.  You will find the home you purchase to be a much better fit!!!
