You can get such great deals right now. I just found my buyer a house in Southern Highlands-a nice master plan community.  Gated community- 3134 sq ft, 3 car garage, pool, home in fairly good shape for $345,000. It was a bank owned property. They even paid closing costs for my buyer.

If you are an investor or a buyer looking for a home to live in, now is the time to buy while prices are still low. Wait 3-6 years and you will be happy with your purchase now.

Isnt that amazing.  It is like a big bubble bursted.  That is just amazing.  Well, we all know it will go back up..so it must be a good time to buy...NOT SPECULaTING THOUGH. Investment.
