January 2016 home sales in Trumbull CT showed positives in every category.  Closed sales were UP 33% as compared to January 2015 sales.

The average listing and selling prices for January also beat out the previous year 6% and 4% respectively.  The median home price was UP 10%. 

Going forward, there are 41 homes under deposit and 28 sales pending, showing continuing strength.

 

The market absorption rate came in at 4.82 months which is statistically a seller's market.   This means at the current pace, it would take 4.82 months to sell off the inventory of 135 homes.
