One of our coaches revealed a gold mine of wisdom to us recently.  She said that marketing is gardening and not hunting.  Without realizing it, my wife has planted more seeds than you could ever imagine.

A prominent leader in our city called her and told her that he sees her everywhere.  She and her color, redesign and home staging business are reaping rich rewards.  I'm not talking about money.  She has a relatively new business.  It takes years to become established.

Reaping Rich Rewards for her involves favor with national leaders who have huge influence.  She told that prominent local leader that she is very surprised at the doors that are opening for her.  He told her he was not surprised at all.  He said she plants more seeds than anyone he knows.  She plants seeds in the dry seasons when others have given up.  She plants seeds in barren places.  She plants seeds everywhere all the time.

A Wise Warrior said, "You will reap whatever you sow."  You must sow the right seeds.  If you want to grow corn you must plant corn seeds.  If you want love, plant seeds of love.  If you want blessings, then bless people.

If you want to work with creative and generous people, plant seeds of creativity and generosity.  My wife does that all the time.  Many clients have told her that she is the most creative and generous person they have ever met!

Don't be afraid to share some of your secrets.  You don't have to give the farm away.  Use wisdom on how you plant your seeds.

My wife specializes in educating people and teaching them the value of being a Certified Redesigner, a Certified Home Stager and a Certified Color Expert.  She loves to watch people flourish as they receive the desires of their hearts!

Don't grab and get!  Release and receive!

Reaping Rich Rewards happens when you sow seeds of love to help people solve problems!

Great post. It is true. I like your phrase release and receive. We need to give back as much as we receive.

I've heard this quote before.  Who are you coached by.  I think that the analogy is the perfect one.  We need to plant, water, weed, prune and reap.  Nice post.

Hi Larry,

I have several mentors.

My wife is my greatest coach and cheerleader.  She is the love of my life.  She knows all of my strengths and weaknesses inside out and challenges me to do the impossible.

The late Evangelist Ann Wright from Amarillo, Texas was my personal mentor and teacher for 26 years before she died in 2003.  Next to my wife, she influenced me and shaped me into the person I am today.

Dr. Wess Pinkham, Dean of Doctoral Studies at The King's Seminary in LA, is amazing.  I am a doctoral student there and he is the most loving and creative man I have ever met and known.

Dr. Vincent Kituku, a leadership training expert, is my wonderful friend and mentor in Boise.  He, too, is very creative, authentic and engaging,

Kathy Martin, a consultant and professor at Boise State University, is our very good friend.  My wife and I honor her and respect her for her wisdom and practical understanding of how people think and feel.
