Real Estate Agent with NextHome Mountain Realty

So I just received this in an email nesletter from an agent at the NC beach.

It was compsed by his comany i assume.

Zillow/Trulia/Realtor.com

While (name deleted) Realty's listings are marketed on national portals such as Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com, buyers and sellers are urged to proceed with caution. While these sites are popular, they are also notorious for containing inaccurate property information, properties that are not actually on the market, and computer-generated home estimates that - in many cases - are not close to being accurate. Local websites that receive feeds directly from the MLS are MUCH more accurate in depicting property information and what is actually on the market.

I have been under the impression that Realtor.com was accurate.

That they pulled all their info from our MLS.

What are they doing that is misleading or inacurate?

Thanks so much for any answers you may have.

Have a sunshine day.
