A Brevard County native born and raised, Kris Shanahan first attended Melbourne High School and then went on to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach on a basketball scholarship. Kris earned a degree in aviation business administration. Kris started his real estate career in Melbourne in 1999 specializing in new construction. In the ensuing years, Kris has sold every imaginable type of home throughout Brevard County and is an expert in assisting his clients in finding the perfect neighborhood for them!
