Here is a banner ad I will be displaying at a local car wash. It details the total active units, which ones are REO-Short Sales-Equity Sellers.

It shows in the lower price range we have up to 60% short sale listings..... WOW!!! This is just the beginning of what we have to come in the way for REO listings.
