With Easter right around the corner, it’s time to start planning for the little ones. These are always great family events, the ones for your digital photo album of memories. Here are some great upcoming Atlanta Easter events.
Egg Hunt on the Farm at the Atlanta History Center in Buckhead on Monday, March 14, 2016 from 10:00am to 1:00pm. Toddlers and preschoolers celebrate springtime on the farm during their annual egg hunt. Join the search for colorful eggs hidden throughout Smith Family Farm to win prizes. Participate in fun and games like the peep toss, doing the bunny hop, and creating spring crafts. Hop on by and visit the Easter Bunny! Members are admitted for free. Easter Egg Hunt at Smith Plantation in Roswell on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 10am. The historic grounds of Smith Plantation will open at 10:00 a.m. for their annual Easter Egg Hunt. Open to the public, this Easter egg hunt continues a tradition started by Lizzie Smith, oldest child of Archibald and Anne Smith. Acworth Egg Hunt will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 begining at 6:30pm. The Easter Bunny will be PARACHUTING into this event, you will just have to see it to believe it! Then the hunt for 50,000 eggs will begin. You won’t want to miss out on the fun! Before the hunt you can enjoy tons of activities like face painting, balloon animals, inflatables, a photo booth and a petting zoo!!! Spring EGG-stravaganza at Fernbank Museum of Natural History in Druid Hills on Saturday, March 19, 2016 from 10am – 2pm.
