Hi Jason > just seeing your listing makes me excited. My wife and I would love a condo at Copper. We both feel Copper is an up and coming ski town. It will be awhile until we can afford something there. If you don't mind, I have a couple of questions regarding Copper.

1. I have heard that the Hard Rock Hotel will build in Copper. Have you heard this?

2. Once I purchase a condo, can I expect that it will be easy to rent out during the times I do not want to use it? Do you manage properties in Copper?

3. How do you feel in general about the Copper market area? Would it be wiser to buy in Silverthorne or other nearby area?
