Newport Beach is a very diverse area with homes located on the sand, boardwalk, bay-front and on islands. Newport Beach has an area called the Balboa Peninsula which is literally a Peninsula with homes on both the oceanfront and the bay-front as well as the interior streets.

There is a beach for visitors as well as a place for boaters to come and moor their boats and enjoy the day. Corona del Mar is south of Newport Beach and is a very quaint community with charm. There are beautiful luxury homes in Corona del Mar.
