This weekend was a whirlwind of activity...Offers on two of our listings....and three accepted offers for three buyers ....Can you say "Happy Dance" ? Woo...Hoo...it IS raining real estate ! 
Out of curiousity we asked one of our clients...why did
they choose us for their real estate representation ?
The answer was...."We like that you are busy but make us feel like we are the only and most important client you have."
Aw Shucks...we treat our Buyers and Sellers the way we would like to be treated. If they are upside down...with compassion and understanding...Right side up...with everything we know to maximize the return on the investment.
Our Buyers all have Buyer Agency contracts....they take comfort in knowing that their interests are at the heart of our negotiations. Our decades of experience is what got them the house of their dreams with multiple offers being the order of the day.
This week is looking to be action packed as well...three Buyers being qualified...one transferred Buyer and a new listing...possibly two on our schedule.
