The second question we get from our clients is, “Doesn’t this mean you don’t get a commission?”
The simple answer to this is “Yes.” If our clients use OfferPad, we don’t get a commission to sell the home. However, that doesn’t matter to us here at New Home Pros. Our ONLY concern is that our clients have a top notch experience from the start of their new home search to beyond their closing date. We have found that OfferPad is one of the best tools we have to provide this. However, like many tools we have, it’s not the solution for all of our clients. It’s an option we offer, but if it’s not the right solution, that is where we use our experience to sell your home for the highest value.
