Austin weekly market review shows 6,263 active listings to date with 5,695 active listings in 2015 during the same period, a 568 difference.
New listings - up 25.58% compared to the March 1 - 7, 2015.
Pending listings - up 13.35%
Sold listings - up 44.33%
Prices for the Week of February 28 - March 5, 2016
Sold average sales prices decreased -4.23% to $332,709 from $347,408 in 2015.
Current Pending Listings = 4,406 with and average list price of $340,113. In 2015 there were 3,915 pending listings with and average list price of $337,194. That is a 12.54% increase in the number of pending listings and a less than 1% (0.87%) increase in average listing price.
