I just had to guess Mexico? Spain? now if this was in Hungary the place would be dark or gray sort of somber would be the best way to describe it...Endre
Joanna, what a great shot! It is so alive and colorful, and clearly a shrine.
Good morning Joanna. I can understand why you took the photo, thank you for sharing it with all of us.
I have been to Hungary Endre Barath, Jr. and actually went the first time in 1987 when it was pretty drab and colorless. It has definitely changed.
Hello Robert 'VEGAS BOB' Swetz , Beth Atalay , Rebecca Gaujot, the Go To Realtor® and Nicole Doty - Gilbert Real Estate Expert - these "Chapels" really serve an important purpose for the people who live far from a church but need a place to spiritually connect. And I too love the colors.

I can understand and Joanna, have you ever viewed the movie:
WAR ROOM?
If you haven't I think you would really like this movie and or could relate ...
Good afternoon Patricia Kennedy , Joe Petrowsky and Sharon Tara it is a shrine and I do find the colors happy and beautiful.
Joanna, so sorry to be late to see this moment...priceless/timeless, nonetheless. Love the colors, makes my heart sing! (I've had no internet since Monday...gotta go quickly check out your other post before bedtime).
Oh my, no internet?? I've had no netflix Gayle Rich-Boxman Fishhawk Lake Realtor (503)755-2905 and was stopped in my tracks watching the long awaited House of Cards which is amazing - but that has to have been a bummer for you with respect to work! Glad you are up and running and running and running again sweetie!

Yeah, I didn't know what to do with all of my extra time...
Hi Joanna, peaceful, no doubt it is to many. For me, the vibrant energy conjurs up creative and active thinking. Either way, it's beautiful and spiritual.
I gotta admit Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD that it was in fact a stimulating and active space and that my title was meant with a bit of irony!

Ah, I missed your subtle and perfect irony. Duh. Happy Sunday to you!
Love the colors and all the art. I can see inspiration coming from this spot.
Hello Joanna Cohlan
Fresh and colorful...a lovely quiet place to reflect.
Have a wonderful Sunday!
You too Lisa Von Domek - and I agree, definitely fresh and colorful and while not necessarily quiet in that respect, a place like this will definitely create thought and reflection.
Good Wednesday morning Joanna Cohlan -
This reminds me of something one would see around our Southwestern area.
Good morning my dear Joanna Cohlan ,
I'm catching up with posts I missed last week while away in Cozumel with family. Love this colorful shot and you are right certainly encourages thought and reflection! Love your new photo!
Joanna, someone sure took a lot of time and creativity to come up with this setting!
Yes that is for sure John McCormack and how are you in the Q?
So glad that you went to Cozumel!!! We are going back next year to Isla de Las Mujeres and plan to spend a day in Cozumel - you will have to share your thoughts with me Dorie Dillard.
Hi there Joan Cox - yes someone had to really love color and know how to use it!
