I love my coffee. I am good for at least 2 pots of coffee a day. Living here in Hawai'i I have tried every coffee available from each of the islands. There is Kona, Kauai (my favorite until now), Maui and more. Now, we have Ka'u coffee. Ka'u is Hawai'i's largest district covering the whole south section of the Big Island. Over the past few years our local Ka'u coffee has traveled the world and quickly become part of the top ten coffees worldwide. I am so proud of our local farmers for putting us on the map. For anyone looking to try our wonderful Ka'u Hawai'i coffee please click on one of the following links and give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Bummer I am so not a coffee drinker. I like my caffiene COLD with lots of ice! Diet Coke all the way! :-)

Aloha -

I brought back some Kona coffee when I went to Hawaii... Good stuff!  We don't have any quite like that here... Great place, I'd love to visit again!  Aloha!

I have had some great Hawaiian coffee myself.  But be careful 2 pots a day may be too much!

All the best!

Jonelle, if you like the Kona coffee you are going to love the Ka'u coffee.

Kevin, have you tried the Ka'u coffee. It's so smooth and tasty. It really is my favorite now.

Shelli, too bad. Didn't anyone ever tell you coke is bad for you? LOL! I just watched a program on coca cola on science channel or something like that.

Sally, the Vog has not effected the coffee but it is effecting the kids at the school. We are on a high alert level and the school has been keeping the kids indoors on some days for recess. I feel it, too.

You should write about that and what to do!  I know over here it's gotten bad but I just close everything up and put on the AC. Good thing we quit smoking over a year ago.

Your welcome Christine. Please, click on one of those links and try the Ka'u coffee. You will not be disappointed. If not, plan a trip to our fine islands and try a cup.

2 pots a day?!?!?!  That's it?!?!? LOL - right there with you, Patrick.  I'll have to try Ka'u beans - I'm l-o-n-g-i-n-g for the islands, and it's not soon enough!

Mahalo!

Connie, you are only in California. Hop on a plane and come enjoy yourself. Of course I am partial to the Big Island, knowing it so well and having explored all the secret beaches and trails and hiked the lava fields to the flowing LAVA. If you make a trip to the Big Island give me a hollar ... I would love to recommend a book and a place a to stay. Don't forget to order up some Ka'u coffee.

Thanks, Kimo. I am surprised you haven't tried it already. I find it much smoother than the Kona coffee.
