During the month of January 2106, 5 existing detached homes in New Market, Md. successfully completed the sales process.  These homes sold for between $229,900 and $544,900 with the median being $406,500.  The days on market ranged from new to the market (1 day) to approaching 1 year (355 days), with the median being 1.5 months (42 days).. These amounts where between 58.8% and 100.1% of the original list price of the homes, with the median being 97.8%.  Seller provided assistance with closing cost on 5 of these homes.  The assistance ranged from $5,770 to $10,410 with the median being $8,580.  In this group of homes, 2 were Bank Owned.
