QDOBA Mexican Eats -

Premier Luncheon, Elkhart, Indiana

Elkhart Chamber of Commerce Members, were invited to sample what the new QDOBA Mexican Eats restaurant will be offering to the Elkhart community, when they open their doors to the public next Wednesday.

We were not disappointed with the presentation of the restaurant, it's staff or the taste and variety of food available. You have a choice of what items you want on your meal, which means you have it the way you want.

Enjoy a Burrito (wrapped or in a bowl), Tortilla Soup, 3-Cheese Nachos, Grilled Quesadilla or maybe a Taco Salad (in a Shell or bowl)

They also have specials, such as the Drunken Yardbird with Tequila lime chicken, guacamole, salsa verde, cilantro, minced onion and cotija cheese. Other specials include the Mad Rancher, Two Timer, Triple Threat, The Gladiator and for the vegetarians, the Bohemian Veg.

Enjoy your meal with Chips & Dip, Drinks and even a dessert.

This will probably become a favorite place for you. I love Qdoba, but unfortunately I have to travel an hour north or south to find one. We don't have on in Delta County. You can make a healthy meal, or throw that idea aside and get something with their wonderful queso dip on it. YUM! Congratulations on getting a Qdoba.
