This is the weekend I been looking forward to!
My three closings this month are done- 2 went off without a hitch while the the 3rd had a few bumps and hiccups along the way. I'll put in a few hours at the office tomorrow getting my files in order. I'll get paperwork to my AA for processing, and then put the files into the 2008 closed file cabinet. 
Hopefully the weather will stay nice tomorrow and I'll spend some time walking down Nassau St and enjoying Communiversity day.
It's great to be busy, it's great to have clients, but it's really great to close!
