Hello Fellow bloggers.

How many of you know of someone out there who was transfered by his company to another state and when the move was complete, the company closed its doors. Isnt that a horrilbe think to experience.

I spent months trying to find the perfect rental property for a relocating employee, two days ago he wrote me an email asking me what his options were. Does any one out there have any suggestions? i gave him a few but would like some more input.

Diane:  Sounds like your rental client might be a bit too picky.  If you can't find a rental in eight weeks, this client needs to revise their list of wants to be more reasonable with the market.
