Cedaredge Estates is a neighborhood that people love to call home. There generally aren't many homes selling in this neighborhood, because there aren't a lot of them on the market. Slow market conditions and the lack of homes for sale have kept real estate activity down over the last few years.
Last month's real estate report does a good job of analyzing home values in the neighborhood. Here's a look at the current inventory of homes.
- At this time there is one active listing, and one home under contract. The active listing is a small two bedroom home. It's priced at $127,500. The under contract home is a more typical three bedroom home for the neighborhood. It's priced at $155,900.
