Selling or Buying, know what to expect from your agent
Kathleen Luiten of Hawaii wrote this wonderful post that applies for any buyer or seller working with a real estate agent. And, also one that should be understoond by agents as well.
My clients are the life blood of my business. Building good relationships and providing exceptional service is vital to growing income, getting repeat business from them and getting great referrals. Making sure I understand what a seller or buyer expects from me and being sure they understand what I need from them is essential to every successful relationship. that's why I begin every relationship by listening and asking questions to learn my client's expectations.

With sellers I start that conversation in my pre-listing interview and follow up with segment on mutual expectations in our listing presentation. As part of every listing agreement we include the sellers' commitments and our commitments to them. We add the feedback we've heard from our clients so we tailor our service to their preferred modes for communication and other details we learn are important for their satisfaction. We make sure they understand what we can and cannot guarantee for performance.
With buyers and sellers we always have this mutual understanding in writing as we begin the buying or selling journey together. And with every client my team works to exceed those expectations whenever possible. Client satisfaction is our most important expectation in every transaction!
Please call or email me if you are considering selling or buying a property on Kauai. I work with a sales team that are experts at helping you make the right move!
