Kessler City Lofts Downtown Atlanta Condos: Kessler City Lofts is a seven story authentic loft style complex located on Peachtree Street in Downtown Atlanta just one block south of the Five Points MARTA Station. Built around 1900, the Kessler City Lofts is one of the oldest buildings still standing in Downtown Atlanta. The building was the site of the original Davison-Paxon department store, which was bought by Macys in the 1920s and then moved uptown. From the 1930s to the 1990s, Kessler department store occupied the building. Today, 50 units occupy six floors and the ground floor was developed for commercial spaces.

Kessler City Lofts were converted in the 90’s to one and two bedroom floor plans. These units range in size from 1,000 to 2,200 square feet. These condominium homes feature maple and walnut hardwood floors, 16-foot ceilings, classic Doric columns, and huge windows. Anthony Acosta The Kessler City Lofts sound ideal for most city dwellers, but you did  not mention the parking accomodations if any. This must be a concern for most buyers.
