I am constantly giving my web page, my blog profile/ signature and social media profile a make over when I am staring at the page, since a bio is the gateway to the portals complemented by your other content creation.
Is your "About Me" bio more focused on yourself or what you can do for the reader?
Who is your target audience?
Some agents may wish to keep it general and speak to a broader audience of homebuyers and homesellers, and some may choose to zoom in the focus to a particular market demographic or by micro district. I try to limit mine to no more than a few lines, keeping it succinct but at the same time describing what sets me apart from other real estate professionals for my target niche. Sometimes too niche can become too limited to sustain a business.
What is the tone you take?
I have several websites and social platforms and try to set a different tone for each.
Do you communicate in first person?
There is always the debate for using I, or we, or third person depending on where it will appear.
How personal do you get?
We want to attract and work with like minded clients. Do you mention your hobbies, your pets, what you like to do in your spare time?
Please share yours and provide a link in the comment, and feel free to take a look at my website, facebook, twitter or instagram and slash away at it.
