Princeton NJ Real Estate Mercer County blog has another home.

Princeton NJ real estate, be it buying or selling is not easy. The move that follows could  be even harder. I moved to the Princeton NJ area because of the commute to New York, where I worked at the time. My husband worked in Philadelphia which made Princeton area an ideal half way spot. The move? Well, that was hard.

Princeton NJ Real EstateMercer County Homes & Montgomery Township Real Estate
I am moving now, in a way. More precisely, my blog is moving into a new  Princeton NJ Mercer County Homes. The one on the Active Rain would remain and will continue with a bit of different focus on real estate profession and blogging.

The new Princeton NJ Real Estate site has a lot of new articles in the last couple of weeks. My focus, as before, is to provide real estate market reports for Princeton NJ Mercer County real estate market and Montgomery Township NJ real estate market.

The design work by RSS Pieces should be done early next week.

The last week I was working on submitting my blog to various reputable directories. It took a lot of time, because each submission was some how different and required different information, which was not always clear. Some directories like Yahoo have changed their rules and now accept for real estate only paid submissions.

There is a lot of information in the the new blog already.  My posts have always had a lot of content. The articles now are even more content rich. The last post Princeton NJ ReaL Estate - Relocating and Living had 1450 words.

I read advice that writing for blogs shouldn't take a long time and be 250 words brief to get Google attention. I am writing for people more than for Google. I need to be found, of course, so Google is critical.  SEO expert Mary McKnight suggests that now Google wants to see longer post. Google, in my view, with time will "demand" more content rich posts. I want to be prepared. Most importantly, I want anyone interested in Princeton area real estate benefit from the information my blog provides.

I am also thinking of swapping the corporate look on the right for this picture. What do you think? Faina Sechzer -New Jersey Realtor

Katerina - you are right, it's taking a lot of time. That's why I am not as active on Active Rain. I hear suggestions about spending 20 minutes per post. It takes me hours:) I hope it is helping the buyers and sellers in Princeton area.
