Hi Joan Cox  Yes I do as well.  And if you have any investors in Denver looking to park some money...they can make a nice pofit buying farm land.

And here is the thing:  Very, very few agents who sell homes ask their homeowners, clients, friends, Doctors, etc, (or commercial clients) if they invest in farm land.  I have worked with dozens of buyers that live in Cities and rarely...1 time...has the city agent ever asked for, or sent a referral. (which I gladly pay off the entire gross commission... so if there is only one agent...me...that is both sides of the transaction and that happens well over 50% of the transactions that I am the only agent).

Let me know in the future if I can help any of your SOI!!

Happy Easter!!
