Now is a great time to put your home on the market. There are no homes listed for sale in your subdivision. That means your listing won't have any neighborhood competition.
Since last month's report the one property that was under contract has sold. It went under contract 15 days after it was listed and sold for $138,000.
So far this year three homes have sold. More would sell if there were more properties on the market. So if you are thinking of listing your home...NOW is the time to do it.
Delta County has seen some significant real estate market improvement throughout 2015. I expect we will continue to see the market improve as we continue into 2016.
