Just Heard This... Freddie Mac Removes Short Sale Waiting Period!

I called a couple of lenders on my list when I heard that and they laughed at me and said they can't be more lax than Freddie or Fannie guidelines, but they sure as heck were not going to be lending to someone who wasn't at least three years beyond a short sale and that would be FHA only.
