New construction is making a comeback in San Diego! It is interesting the wide range of product and what seems to be in high demand.
Cal Atlantic Homes (formerly Standard Pacicic) opened a new age qualified project called Auberge with three sets of product lines. Prior to releasing the first phase for sale they held a grand opening weekend, and over 5000 people showed up! They released 25 home the following weekend and sold all of them in a half hour!
The second phase will be relaesed tomorrow butonly available to buyers that are already pre-approved. Demand for well designed communities for boomers is obviously an area that has pent up demand.
