Breathtaking view of Idaho, I am lucky to live here.
You all have seen and enjoyed some of my pictures. This one that associate and good friend Rain Silverhawk posted this evening is nothing short of spectacular, with words that add to the spendor. I will disable comments because like a good story the actual author should be complimented. Hope you enjoy as much as I did.
From the very first moment I came to North Idaho I was awe struck. Not a day goes by that I don't see something absolutely beautiful around me. Today was a good day in real estate. We have one offer rounding the corner to an acceptance and another full price on a dream home that is sure to please all. With the efforts though I was just beat and tired and wanting to get home.
In all this beauty I am lucky enough to live on a scenic byway that just always takes my breath away. My "commute" consists of driving through national forests filled with every color of green imaginable. I must be watchful for a deer, elk or moose in the road, but there is often a eagle, osprey or hawk taking flight, a turtle making its way to the water, a fish jumping high above the water or some little treat from mother nature. There are so many creeks and water falls that I still loose count at how many I pass by and of course there is the lake which has a different mood each and every day. I often just stop and snap a picture and rarely do they even come close to the beauty and colors that I am seeing. Here is tonights photo and as pretty as it is, it isn't even close to seeing it in person. I count my blessings for landing in such a beautiful and pristine beauty like North Idaho.
