Ingredients:

3 Cloves of Garlic

Olive Oil

Red Pepper Flakes

8 Boneless Chicken Breasts

4 Cups of Your Favorite Tomato Sauce

1/4 Cup Chopped Basil Leaves

4 Ounces Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

4 Ounces Shredded Parmesan Cheese

4-5 Ounce Package of Garlic Croutons

Glaze bottom of 9x13 pan with olive oil.  Add crushed garlic and red pepperr flakes (to taste).  Place chicken breasts on bottom of pan.  Pour 2 cups of sauce over chicken.  Add Basil leaves on top of sauce.  Add Mozzarella Cheese.  Then proceed with Garlic Croutons on top.  Sprinkle top of croutons with Parmesan Cheese.  Bake uncovered in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.  Enjoy!

This sounds good but I have a question...why is it called Parmesan chicken without any parmesan in the recipe??
