Many are the tricks that are used to lure you in, only to find out a few months later that you had different options. Well not so these categories have subcategories that can be confusing and expensive, not to mention could be the wrong loan for what the client is truly trying to do even an A paper loan could be the wrong loan type, or they get a hard money loan when they could have gotten a better product.
Make sure that your lender or broker is proficient in all these loan products, this is the difference between good service and a referral.
