New constrcution is doing quite well here, and there are number of options. This community is still well into the construction phase so not any pretty photos. There is going to be freeway noise, but great ocean breeze. My guess is some ocean views from what I could tell from some of the properties.

Having a 3-car garage is a terrific feature. Lots of people here use the extra space for storage, or sometimes convert into other space. 2 of the 3 are tandem spaces
