Now, back to earth and the reality of what has actually sold this past week, let's take a look.
This week in Chatsworth we saw 3 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from
$375,000 - $735,000; for an average of $556,000. Homes were built between 1958 - 1980.
They range in size from 1640sf - 3449sf. Lastly, the homes were on the market between 66
and 180 days, with an average selling time of 137 days.
