Storms in Fort Worth and Beyond

By
Real Estate Agent with Trinity Premier Properties

Everyone hustled for shelter once again.  Storms with high winds, heavy rainfall and hail covered Fort Worth and beyond today.

I believe the poem is "April Showers Bring May Flowers."  Wonder if this is a preview of what is on the way.

Strong storms traveled across our DFW area the last two weeks of March 2016.  Many Fort Worth, Texas homeowners are still waiting on their insurance company to deal with claims from the last storm.

A few homes have been removed from the MLS, waiting for repairs.  If you are a buyer in the process be sure to have the property reviewed for damages and have repairs completed before closing.  Stay in touch with your lender and Realtor,  you may need to request an extension.

My daughter in law managed to snap this beautiful photo shortly after today's storm.

Melissa Jackson I certainly don't like to hear about the storms that you've been having in that area. They can be devastating and bring havoc to many. I too love to see the sign of that rainbow after the storms and rains.

Love the photo Melissa, when we see stuff like that I don't mind the storms.

We had 6 inches of snow the other day, but no rainbows.

Hi Melissa Jackson ,  They keep saying that Spring will eventually get here, but with Sprng, comes all the severe weather, especially from Texas up through Indiana and Ohio.  Great blog on what to do after having a home damaged, that is on the market.
